Well, I have been with ThirdSphere for over two years. It is also my main hosting provider. I have found ThirdSphere Hosting to be more than capable of meeting all my small business internet hosting needs. The most important aspect of all.

One aspect of a webhost that is very important to me is reliability. Most people don't want to think visitors that come to their website are seeing a "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message. (Or if you use another browser a similar themed message). And the reason being, that the host server is having problems, or has exceeded its bandwidth limitations.

I have been with ThirdSphere for over two years, and in that time the server was only down once. So I can say I am very happy with the reliability of ThirdSphere Hosting.

Okay. So have you been thinking, are there any aspects to ThirdSphere I think could be considered a negative? Yes, just one. There isn't phone support. Only email support. The email support is quick and efficient, but I must admit if I had my choice, I'd want phone support too.

Not that I've actually needed customer support, but the phone is always better.

However, all the other positives far outweigh that one negative for me. I plan to be with Third Sphere for many years to come. Will You be too?
